Funded only application forms
Currently only Jack In The Box in Slough has funded only, term time places available for children aged 3 and 4 years.
These are presently for 15 hours per week only offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.45am-2.45pm.
All 3 year old children are eligible to receive a free early learning place for 15 hours per week from the term after their third birthday. Some children are eligible to receive 30 hours funding per week, for more details please see the Childcare Choices website.

In line with our Data Protection processes your application form will be shredded if your child does not access a place at the nursery.
When you use our nursery, we’ll ask for and record yours and your child’s personal information. We may share your information with other organisations, such as school when they are transitioning into the care and education system, only information that is required and appropriate to support your child will be provided.
