The Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust nurseries are friendly, professional environments to work in where staff are given the opportunity to develop their childcare skills and progress their careers.
We have medium sized friendly nurseries where the staff know each child and their family well and our nurseries have an excellent reputation within the local community.
The staff teams are strong, supportive and caring and there is a low staff turnover.

She enjoys "Working closely with the children and parents." "Being part of a team, helping others." and "Watching the children grow and develop."

And the benefits of working for Kiddies' Cabin "Nice children and parents", "Well organised, a good team, a good position in the nursery." and "A focus on the EYFS and training courses."
The most positive experience for L has been socialising with the same age children, Being the second child she learns everything from her older sister but it's nice to have the same age children to play with where she doesn't feel 'little' or 'inferior'.
I just like the way you generally treat children & the routine you introduce really works for us and we adopted it at home as well.
