Staff training

Staff access training sessions throughout the year which enable them to enhance their professional development. As well as those attending college or university days to gain their qualifications, all staff will have training sessions for safeguarding children, inclusion within the setting, first aid, behaviour management, fire/health and safety and manual handling.

Staff thrive from accessing training sessions provided In house, by the NHS or Local Authority.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking all the girls in the baby room, Z became ill and had a very high temperature but the care and love shown towards her really moved me and made me feel that the girls have a real love towards the children like they were their own.
