Staff training

Staff access training sessions throughout the year which enable them to enhance their professional development. As well as those attending college or university days to gain their qualifications, all staff will have training sessions for safeguarding children, inclusion within the setting, first aid, behaviour management, fire/health and safety and manual handling.

Staff thrive from accessing training sessions provided In house, by the NHS or Local Authority.

M enjoyed making friends and learning to play with other children.

I have been pleased that M has eaten a variety of food and learnt to sit nicely for periods of time.

All of the staff are lovely.
