We love hearing from our nursery families! If you’ve had a positive experience with our nursery, we’d be delighted if you could share a review. Your feedback helps us celebrate what we’re doing well and continue improving our service.
Make a complaint
We value open and honest communication with all parents. If you have any comments or concerns about our nursery services, we encourage you to speak with the Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
Complaints are handled promptly, confidentially, and in line with our formal procedure. You’ll be kept informed throughout, and we aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days.
For more serious concerns, or if you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the matter to our Nursery Area Manager or contact Ofsted directly.
